Compliance Management
HD Hyundai Construction Equipment has a Legal team dedicated to raising employee awareness of compliance management and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and fulfillment of stakeholder needs and demands.
The Legal Team is responsible for planning and conducting compliance training, dealing with legal issues arising in the field, and managing legal risks through constant monitoring and inspection.
In addition, with the help of the Fair Trade Compliance Manager appointed in accordance with the Operating Regulations for the Fair Trade Compliance Program and the Compliance Supporter appointed in accordance with the Compliance Control Standards, the Compliance Team periodically conducts company-wide compliance training, checks the compliance status, and reports the results to the Board of Directors.
