Early in the morning, the first piece of HX320A appeared. HX320A ensures high productivity and durability as its robust exterior with the best performance in any environment.



HCE’s 2022 new model HX320A. The first piece was delivered to the customer ‘Cheon Sang-Tae’. After the delivery event, Mr. Cheon and ‘Kim Sang-Ho’, a manager of Ulsan agency, looked into the new equipment together. Mr. Kim explained the main features and functions of HX320A. Mr. Cheon was satisfied with this. 

Eventually, the plastic covers were taken off one by one. Mr. Coen looked excited.

Interview with the first owner of HX320A,

Q. A brief self-introduction, please.

A. Hello. I’m Cheon Sang-Tae, working as an excavator operator in Yangsan. 

Q. How long have you been working?

A. It’s been about 30 years.

Q. What kind of environment have you worked in?

A. I’ve been mainly working in apartment construction sites.

Q. What kind of work are you most confident in?

A. Beveling and grounding.

Q. What kind of equipment have you operated before?

A. I’ve operated a 30-ton excavator by company V.

Q. Now you are HCE user. Congratulations on being the first user of HX320A! Could you tell me how you feel?

A. I don’t know. (smile) But I’m happy to hear that I’m the first user.

Q. Have you ever used HCE’s equipment before?

A. Yes, I have. I’ve used HX100 since it was released until scrapped.

Q. What do you expect for HX320A?

A. It is said that HCE has good performance and functions. I’m looking forward to experiencing as much as I’ve heard.

General manager of domestic sales in HCE

On that day, Byeon Young-Hwan, a general manager of domestic sales in HCE, attended the delivery event. He gave more detailed information about HX320A.

Q. What are the features of HX320A? Please introduce the key functions.

A. The strength of this model is safety and convenience. The upgraded 6.5-ton counterweight increases the stability of performance. Right-side camera helps operators to secure visibility. And the ventilated seat is standard for the operator’s comfort.

Q. What else has been updated?

A. It has been improved not only in terms of function but also in serviceability. Hi MATE, a remote management system, is applied to a 32-ton excavator as standard. This system provides the highest level of service and support. The operator can monitor the location information, failure code, and operation status.

Q. Do you have any words for HCE’s customers?

A. Please pay attention to HCE with better products and services. As you know, HCE took over Hyundai Doosan Infracore. I think we can provide better equipment to our customers by combining the strengths of each company. So, we are going to monitor customer demands and improve product performance. For this, service organizations will be actively utilized to provide better services.

HX320A has just begun with the first customer. HCE presented a welcome kit and a voucher for equipment parts with gratitude. Starting with the first customer, Cheon Sang-Tae, HCE hopes to hear that over 10,000 pieces of equipment were delivered.
