HD Hyundai Construction Equipment, the Class of an 'A+' ESG Rating!

Since 2021, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment has been working on a project to honor and support national merit holders who have dedicated themselves to the country as part of our social contribution activities by improving living facilities and appliances. So far, we have successfully finalized our project with six households, actively continuing this meaningful project this year.

We are striving our best for the elderly to have warm housing before the winter comes. Also, we plan to further expand the business, continuing to show consistent attention and support for national merit holders.

The EHS team in HD Hyundai Construction Equipment's Ulsan Campus received a warm welcome from citizens for their environmental cleanup activity around the beach area at Ilsan(Ilsandong, Dong-gu, Ulsan) after work on October 30th. This particular activity from the EHS team, a part of the fall unity conference, played a significant role in strengthening teamwork and enhancing the company's image. Furthermore, the EHS team has committed to cleaning not only within the company premises but also in environmental cleanups in the surrounding areas.

Recently, the Korea Corporate Governance Service, the credible ESG evaluation institution, granted HD Hyundai Construction Equipment an 'A+' ESG rating. It represents an advancement from the previous year, the highest rating among the Hyundai Group affiliates. This remarkable achievement is attributed to all our members since we have practiced proactive ESG implementation and transparent information disclosures. To further solidify ESG management as a top competitive advantage in the future, we pledge to establish a complete management system with preemptive actions across all sectors.
