HD Hyundai Construction Equipment (HCE) held the '2024 AM/PS Global Conference' from May 23rd to 28th, with a total of about 30 attendees including key personnel from overseas AM/PS department and headquarters' employees.
AM shared the main strategies at HD Hyundai Global R&D Center, while PS established the direction for improving quality metrics at the Ulsan Campus Global Operation Center(GOC). The most essential element to achieve product differentiation is top-notch service capability. Smooth parts supply is the beginning of service quality, and expanding the parts business is also based on excellent service. Therefore, HCE will continue to promote synergy between AM and PS in the future.
Global Brand Conference From May 28th to 31st, HCE invited brand marketing managers from six overseas subsidiaries to Korea and held the Global Brand Conference.
This conference shared the background of replacing the new CI and developing the brand identity 'Comfort Intelligence', and explored synergy expansion in global marketing activities.
Participants shared annual business plans of headquarters and overseas subsidiaries at HD Hyundai Global R&D Center and discussed concrete marketing strategy roadmaps for enhancing brand image. Subsequently, they visited the GOC and the Yongin Technology Innovation Center directly touring project sites and spending time to increase trust in the brand and products.
The conference was a great opportunity for brand marketing managers from overseas subsidiaries to understand the strategic direction of HCE and to learn about the business progress of other overseas subsidiaries. Based on this conference, HCE will continue to develop capabilities and differentiated brand messages.
